Sure you can!. Even with two working ovaries, only one of them ovulates as a rule in any month!. But I've worked with a few ladies who lost an ovary and fallopian tube to ectopic pregnancies that went on to have children afterwards!. My own SIL is one of them!. Might be a bit longer wait, but the practice isn't bad in the waiting at least!. They tell you to wait a full year of trying before you need to seek out a fertility specialist!. Then, as long as it is functioning, they will usually try FSL ( follicular stimutating hormones) first, to make sure the barrel is loaded and you do ovulate that cycle!.
