How do you diet when you have low blood sugar - and have to eat all the time?!


Question: How do you diet when you have low blood sugar - and have to eat all the time!?
Anybody else have this issue!?
I have hypoglycemia, so I'm basically eating on an off through out the day!. So I feel like I can never diet, because if I don't eat, then I don't feel good!.

Actually, it's recommended that all people eat several small meals throughout the entire day instead of 2-3 big ones, since it keeps your blood sugar level constant, and keeps your metabolism working all day instead of in spurts!.
Just keep with healthy snacks and small portions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can always just eat salads, chicken, sausage, stuff that has protein but not to much fat!. that way you're eating the stuff that you need!. and if you really feel like you're over weight and you want to lose it then go to the gym 2 or 3 days a week and just jog!.
do crunches at home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat food as less as you can, then you can make excersises
so here you are making diet and eat normally
