If you are talking about Levothyroxine, it is best to take that on an empty stomach!. Most drugs, unless otherwise indicated are best absorbed when you have an empty stomach!. if you have problems, like getting nauseous, you can take it with some milk, or with crackers!.!.!.!.!.these don't take up too much room in your stomach, yet the medicine is still absorbed quicker than on a full stomach!. Read through all of your instructions!.!.!.!.!.!.if it does not say anything about taking it with or without food, you're most likely fine taking it whenever!. with most drugs it's usually best to ate least eat something small so your stomach lining has more protection from the effects of the drug (they can be harsh on the lining)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
