This is really really embarassing but i can't really ask anyone else!.
Ok so i have huge boobs!. I have always had boobs what can I say i was an early developer!. I got over it!. Now putting aside the huge hunk of flesh jetting out of my chest, my actual nipples look the same way a little girls flat chest would!. Get it!? Like I have the mound of flesh but the nipples just aren't developing!. They look the same way a flat chested 7 year olds would!. I am 13 and they are supposed to look or be starting to look better or more devolped and now but they arent!. I wanna know if this is normal and when they will start to look right!. The first question I must ask is have you started menstralating yet, that is getting your period!? A young woman's body (which you are, young woman at your age) will continue to develop and grow until 2 years after you begin getting your periods or 2 years shortly after they become regular!.
You probably have a lot of developing and growing left to do!. I wouldn't worry about it!.
There is a possibility however, that your nipples are inverted!. It's nothing to worry over and is fairly common, similar to an outie belly button in the reverse!.
In either case, it is NORMAL for you!. Whether you're still developing or they are inverted!. It's apart of your genetic make-up and is completely normal!. Just keep your head up, and stay confident because you're beautiful and inteligent!
Oh and if it is inverted nipples, look at the brighter side!.!.!.you'll never have to worry about them popping out to be seen through your shirt on a cold day!. That a plus side I think every woman would want!

Calm down, you are only thirteen, your body is still developing in many ways!. And how the hell do you know what a 7 year olds nipples look like!? ( KIDDING) lol, anyways, just give it time, if your breasts developed earlier maybe your nipples just need time to catch up!. If you are really concerned perhaps you should speak with a doctor, she/he would probably be able to tell you if it's normal and when you could expect further development!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Every womans breasts are different!. Don't compare yours to women on tv, most of them have theirs perfectly shaped and their nipples are made of plastic!. I think you should wait quite a few years until you worry if your breast are normal!. While you develop all the way into your mid 20's your breasts will change!. By the time you are 18, if they have no changed at all then I believe that is just the way they are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I was wondering how I was going to answer this question until I came to the "I am 13" part!. Time is early, dear!. You have a lot of development yet to come!. Your breasts at 13 years old are not the way they're probably going to end up!. I would suggest just giving your nipples a bit more time to "catch up" with your other development!.

Sounds as if you have inverted nipples, they may stay like that, and never "develop" as you put it!.

Well, don't worry!. No two women have the same size and shape of nipples!. Just because you have big breast doesn't really mean you should have large nipples to go with them!. Keep in mind you are only 13, your body is still developing and isn't out of puberty just yet!.!.!. give it some more time!.
Stop worrying about it and just be a kid as long as you can!. Once you are my age you'll wish you savored and stretched your childhood as much as possible!. Its a wonderful and all too short part of life!.
