Question: HPT test and accuracy help plz thumbs up kk!?
I took a test when i would have been 5 weeks prego and it was negative but i still feel prego and when i tested it was no where when my period was due which keeps coming earlier and gets shorter and lighter every month but this girl keeps telling me i can't be because i'm not showing i would be just starting the 4th month with my first what do think should test again or ignore itWww@Answer-Health@Com

HPTs are most accurate a week after your first missed menstrual period, preferably with your morning's first urination!. Since it sounds like you did this, the HPT was probably correct in saying you are not pregnant, especially if you are continuing to have periods, albeit irregular, as you cannot be pregnant and still experience menstrual periods!.
Why not take a test again just to east your mind!? Get a couple of cheap ones (they're just as accurate as the expensive ones) and take them all if it eases your mind!.
As for your irregular periods!.!.!.!.unfortunately you did not give any information regarding your age, if your period is normally perfectly regular or not, etc!. So I will tell you that it's normal to have a couple of irregular periods, but once it starts to become a regular thing, like it seems to have with you, you might want to talk to a doctor about checking you to see if there any health issues!. If you have not been menstruating for a couple of years now, as in you're a younger teen, it's normal for you to be irregular!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well it really doesn't sound like you are pregnant!. And I used a really cheap like walmart brand HPT and it was accurate most are!. If you really think its still a possibility to be pregnant go to the doctor and they will be able to give you a definite answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
