I am 38 weeks and one of my nipples is really sore and stinging (especially when it goes hard or touched)!.
Theres no leaks!.

Is this a blocked milk duct!?!?!?

Since you are still pregnant you don't have any milk in your breasts!. Chances are that it's a pregnancy thing!. You're getting closer to your due date which means an increase in hormones that can cause breast and nipple soreness!.
