Answers:
if u still have ur period when ur on camp u will only be able 2 swim if u wear a tampon, u cant swim if u wear a pad!. if u want 2 make urself feel less icky, have a shower in the morning and before u go 2 bed!. wear a pad during the day and each ime u go change it take a wet cloth, or wet tissue or toilet paper (water from the sink) and wash urself before u u put on a new pad!.
panty liners dont offer period protection, so start to wear pads and when u feel comfortable enough u can use tampons if u want!.
maybe u could try and talk 2 ur mum or a friend about this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're going to be swimming then you need to be wearing tampons!. The pad will swell and start to disintegrate in the water and you'll see blood!. Ask your mom to take you to the store to try the "teen" tampons since it doesn't sound like you're too heavy, flow wise - they're more narrow and easier to insert!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if u wear a tampon!. you will be able to swim
if you wear a pad!. you wont!.
ik its yuckiie!.
i hate it!.

but!. i would say have a friend whose experienced teach you how to use a tampon!. thats what i did!.

soo just learn how to use a tampon!. and use a tampon when you swim!.
and wear pads!. cuz pantiliners can leak and get your pants stained (been there!. done that)

as for hte cramps!.
try pampren!.
it helps!.
or take 2 or 3 advil/ibproufon!.!. or types of pain killers!. just not asprin!

any quetsioins!.!. email me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest that you wear pads so the blood
won't bleed through the thin panty liners!.
&& Since you're going off to camp, you
should pass on swimming for a while because
you just started your period && it'll be really uncomfortable!.
With all the cramping, you should take a pain reliever
such as Tylenol to help ease the pain!.

Hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should wear a tampon if you go swimming (but in my opinion I don't think you should swim if you get really bad cramps because that can be a threat)!. Trust me a tampon while swimming may be right but it will feel weird swimming (heads up)!.A pad would be better (and is easier to use) unless your doing athletic stuff that involves bathing suits and leotards!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u definitely need to wear pads honey!. are you wearing nothing at all!? a pantyliner is not usually enough protection except at the end of ur period!. u need to wear pads constantly from the moment it starts, dont take it off when u think its stopped, cuz its just a pause, itll come again!. u will have to wear tampons to swim, but theyre great dont be scared!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you put a tampon in, you'll be able to swim!. Yes, periods are a pain, but they're good signs that your ovaries are releasing eggs, and you can become pregnant later in life (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

uhm!.!.!.i wouldnt swim wit my period!.!.!.unless u can wear tampons!.!.!.and if u still have 1-2 days!.!.!.i think u'll b alright!.!.!.just wear pads untill u leave 4 camp and then if its not that bad (meaning if the blood flow isn't really heavy) go ahead and swim!.!.!.u should b fineWww@Answer-Health@Com

Of course you can swim you will just need to wear a tampon and for most people(including me) wearing a pantie liner on you period just isn't enough coverage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes! you need a pad!. pantyliners are for light days!.
and its gross to go swimming on your period unless you wear a tampon!.
go buy a few tampons!. i really like ob, get the pink ones!. go to hiobie!.com!. it teaches you how to use one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will not be able to swim with a pad on i suggest you learn how to start using tampons
I gave another girl the link to this website i hope it helps you out

i no how u feel grl! ya u can swim if u wear a tampon! ya use a pad there way more comfortable then a liner! dont worry they get better as u get older! take a painkiller wen u feel lyk ur about 2 get a cramp and ull avoid it alltogether!Www@Answer-Health@Com

your period may end by then

&& if not; yes u can still swim!.
just use a tamponWww@Answer-Health@Com

If your going to swim you will need to wear a tampon!. Ask somebody you know and trust about that or do some research!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you want 2 swim u need 2 weare a tampon ask ur mom or nurse or loook on you tube on how 2 put them inWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to go swimming, i recommend a tampon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pantyliners are best to be used when it's the end of your period, when there may be leftover blood coming out, so it's best to use an actual pad when you have your regular period!. It will eventually get more regular as time goes on, so you'll get used to it and be able to time it!. Also you won't be able to go swimming unless you wear a tampon, which I wouldn't recommend seeing as you just started your period and it might seem scary!. But honestly though if you really want to go swimming then you can try it, it's really not bad, you just have to get practice!. Just make sure you follow the instructions on the box and don't keep it in too long!. But yeah, unfortunately, when you get your period, you do feel a bit icky and crampy when you have it!. If it really hurts though, try taking some tylenol and it should help!. If you have any more problems though, talk with a parent or someone you can talk to!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
