yes definitely!. What happens is your body begins to think you are in danger somehow -nutritionally speaking!. your exercise burns calories, obviously, and if you are not taking in as many as your body needs to function at its best, it begins to gradually shut down "extra" functions, like menstruation!. Plus your body is also sensing that perhaps your environment is not suitable for reproduction, like there is not enough food out there for you and a baby so it shuts down the baby-maker entirely!. anyway, if you are noticing this, i would go see a general physician to see what they say about your exercise amounts and what is healthy for you!. good luck and don't let it get too far, if it stops completely it takes years to get your period back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
