squat down in the bathroom so your butt is on your heels and push down like you are taking pooh!. this should push it out as far as it is going to go!. reach in and see if you can get it!. if you can't!.!.!.you might need to go to the dr!. sometimes they will work there way out on there own but sometimes not!. good luck!!! i hope this works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if your on your period then about 3 hours, then it should be loose enough to slide out with out any pain
if you arent, then you should pull it out, Get some lube or some form of lubrication and put some on it, it will hurt a bit but it should come out!.

these will not migrate out, they sometimes work farther up toward the cervix, and may become lodged!. You cannot believe the ones we have seen in the er, from women who claimed they did not know they were even there!. look, this is not your fault, and it is not something to play with-get into your physician soon, and get it checked out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You cant leave it up there, you have to be able to get it out!. ive never worn a tampon but its not safe to leave it in!.!.!.if you really can't get it out you must get help from a doctor, but you should be able to remove it if you follow directions =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
