Absence of menstrual cramps freaking me out??!

Question: Absence of menstrual cramps freaking me out!?!?

I have had normal periods for more than a year and half now since giving birth to my son, the first day is the only day i cramp and its usually pretty bad I've been this way since my very first cycle!.!.!. this months first day no cramping at all!.
Also the flow isn't as heavy as it normally is!.!.!.!.
Does anyone have any Ideas why this might be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

My first response is that you're lucky, but I know that's not much help!. It may actually be related to giving birth!. Women in my family have told me that after they had children, their period pain became much less intense-- and eventually painless!.

I wouldn't worry about it, unless you notice other strange symptoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
