Ovulation takes place ABOUT 14 days after the first day of your period!. It depends completely on the woman, though, so don't count on it!. I believe ovulation takes place in the middle of your cycle!.!.!. so like 2 weeks after your period, if you have a relatively normal cycle!. But you can get pregnant anytime you have unprotected sex!. Of course the chances are much slimmer, but still!. I know someone who got pregnant the first time they ever had sex because they didn't use a condom!. Just be safe!Www@Answer-Health@Com
