I dont wear a bra when Im at home and when I sleep!.!.
Im 24 years old and im 36B!.!.my boobs are normal and not saggy or anything!.!.they seem quite firm!.!.but will not wearing a bra when im at home make my breasts sag more when im older!?
Another prob is that i wear thongs quite often cuz i feel sexy in those!.!.is it bad to wear them often!?

wearing a bra helps you breast stay"perky" !. because how your bra holds them up instead of them sagging !.but there is no need to wear them when you are asleep !. if ur bra bothers you look for a comfy one!. and its fine to wear thongs but you should always stick to cotton beacause it will help absorb your bodies natural moisture and prevent yeast infections !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
