Question: How long does the depo shot stay in your system!?
I had the first and only shot Feb 14th, 40 days after my baby was born!. I've read that if you gained weight with it (I did), you'll start getting rid of it when it's out of your system!. I've been dieting and exercising and I have'nt lost anything! not even 1 pound!!!

I dont believe that is true, the depo works different in a female depending on the person!. I was on the depo yrs ago and I believe you get a shot every 3mths!. I dont think you will lose the weight immediatly after the 3mths!. It takes a long while, matter of fact my weight now flucuates and i think it is because of the shot and that was 6 yrs ago!.
I started losing weight by not watchin what i eat but watching how much of it i eat!. and my daily excerise was dancing!.
But as i said my weight flucuates now!.
