Ok so im a 34 DD and im 16!.!.!.!.!.im considering getting a reduction because my breast are huge!.!.!.!.!.sometimes they hurt my back!.!.!.esp when im active!.!.!.!.!.if i got one!.!.!.!.i wouldnt want them to drastically decrease my size because i am used to having larger breasts!.!.!.!.but idk!.!.!.!.!.i jus want to kno is there any advice you could give me on what to expect!.!.etc!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am a plastic surgeon in Houston and can tell you that of all procedures performed by plastic surgeons in the USA, the one with the highest patient satisfaction rate is breast reduction!. People without large breasts have no idea the suffering that can be caused by the weight on your back/shoulders/neck!. Talk to your surgeon about how much you wish removed, they can take as little or as much as you desire!. The pain from surgery is actually quite minimal, and the relief is almost instantaneous!.
Be sure your surgeon is board certified and listed on www!.plasticsurgery!.org, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons!.

If you are over weight, it will be easier, healthier, and safer to lose weight , since many women report smaller breasts with weight loss!. Also, some women say that their breasts get smaller after childbirth too!.
I have seen 1 pair or reduced breasts and I was mortified!.!.!.the scar was very obvious, and there was significant "dimpling" like cottage cheese thighs where fat cell were damaged during the surgery!.
If you back only bothers you with activity, get a better sport bra to wear those days, see a chiropractor, and strengthen your back!. Don't consider surgery unless the back pain is continuous, and the chiro, weight loss, and stregthening has failed!. (imo)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had a reduction!. Went from a DDD to a D!. It was the best thing I've ever done!. I was also 31 years old too!. Being 16, you still might be developing!. Best to make an appointment with a plastic surgeon to discuss!. You would think it would be extremely painful but to me, it really wasn't!. I had some discomfort because of the stitches on my side but other than that, it just felt like really sore muscles to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had a reduction and I don't regret it one bit! I'd do it again if I had to!.
