I posted a Q about PMS earlier!. I'm not angry like you, i'm just really, really sad!. I keep crying and feel so depressed!. Hopefully it won't last much longer!.
Keep your chin up hun, your not alone!. XxWww@Answer-Health@Com

i know what you mean

i scream at my fiancee all the time!.
its ok and normal

they have a birthcontrol called YAZ and im sure youve heard of it!.

it helps with this!.

tell mom or dadWww@Answer-Health@Com

its because of the PMS
im a girl so i obviously understand the anger about boys not having periods/births etc
BUT they do go through our periods aswell
i feel so sorry for my boyfriend when i get PMS
im horrible and arguementive at the smallest of things
and at the end of it all i expect him to understand why
during pregnancy who do you think is looking after you!?
and who do you think gets all the anger put on them!?
whats worse for boys is they can never understand what its like!. which makes it harder for them to accept!. so it takes a strong loving partner to stand through it all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you feel so wound up because your hormones are all over the place when your having a period!.Theres nothing wrong with being Irish but you dont have to be Irish just because your dad is!.thats a lot of rubbish!.You can be Italian if you want!.As for men having it easy your probably right but they,re like big babys all there life and they never grow up!.Also there are lots of men now adays that stay at home and become house husbands so just make sure you meet that can relate to your feelings!.Also i think you should start taking "Oil of evening primrose capsule for your PMS!.Take one every day and you wont get it!.I promise you i used to get really bad mood swings on my period and i started taking them ages ago and im fine now!.Just ignore your brother its a male thing and they,ll never change xxxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

what has being Irish got to do with having PMS, may I ask!? im 100% Irish born and raised and though i do feel for you on having moods, you have the rest of your life to go yet !. i hated/hate when that time comes but youll get used to it!. i literally take the head of my Mum the day before but plenty choc sorts it out!. you get sad being called Irish, count yourself lucky and get over it! there are worse names to be calledWww@Answer-Health@Com

for one sweetie, it is not your brother's fault that you are the girl, dont blame him or take it out on him!. i have the same problem by taking out my aggravation and anger and whatnot on my little brother when i am pmsing!.
the reason you get all upset is because it throws your hromones all out of whack, its so annoying!. do things that calm you down, sleep, exercise, wathc a good movie, and taking a nice warm beth always helps the cramps!.
and you might have just inherited a few more of your dad's genes, there is nothng wrong with that, but you have a relationship with your mother, which is what a mother daughter deal is!.
so don't worry, all women have their hangups on their cycles!. its normal, but i think we could all try a little better not to take it out on the people around us that care about us the most!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whether you are Irish or Italian has nothing to do with your period and hormones!

PMS and mood swings, along with intense anger and extreme sadness are very very common side affects to your period!. It is perfectly normal!. I know many people who go through the same thing; me included!! However, medication is hardly ever the answer!. It is a matter of controlling your emotions and batttling PMS with a positive attitude, or at least with some healthy stress relievers!. Everytime you feel frustrated about guys not having to deal with this; remind yourself how beautiful it is to be a girl, how you have qualities that make girls jealous and guys want you!. Everytime you feel sad or upset, just write down what is bothering you in a journal or book!. It doesn't have to be a "dear diary"; just somewhere you can write down what is bothering you to relieve stress!.

You're right!. Guys have it easy!. They don't have monthly periods, pregnancy, etc!. However, you cannot blame your brother for being male!. It isn't fair, but that is how life is!. Your brother will do lots if he ever chooses to become a dad!. Seriously; he will be the one who has to take care of his wife when she is on maternity leave, and he will have to take her to the hospital, take care of the baby with his wife, and sooo much more!. Marriage and raising kids is usually a 50/50 deal, even if it doesn't seem like it!.

As a girl, you have the curse of being the one who carries the child!. That is assuming you want kids!. You don't HAVE to give birth!. There are many kids available for adoption!. Besides, being a mother is a wonderful and rewarding experience!. Sometimes, a little pain is worth it!.

PMS is really normal!. Just learn to cope with your emotions by talking to people or writing down your problem or whatever you need to do!. Medication should not be thought of as a quick-fix!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, you have 2 questions!. First, on your period - you have hormones being released into your body, causing your period!. This makes most every woman tense, irritable, grouchy, weepy, etc!. Anything can get on your last nerve, especially little brothers! Take some Midol or Pamprin during this time; it will help ease the tension!. Exercise, and drink lots of water!. If you have cramps, you can also get a heating pad and put it on your stomach!. Don't worry about your brother "being a boy" and not being involved in the process of reproducing!. He'll be going through some changes in the next few years (voice cracking, hair growing, getting taller, etc!.) And he'll have other things to worry about while developing!.

Now, you are both Italian and Irish (I'm French, Italian and Irish)!. Your mother gave you part of her genes and your father gave you part of his genes!. Be proud of who you are! You are young, healthy, and enjoying life! Don't worry too much about what other people are saying!. Each of us in the whole world is part of our parents!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

WOW i think your period makes you very emotional and sensitive!. Dont stab your brother!. I have a lil brother too!. I am 20 and he is 10!. I used to get so annoyed with him but when u get older u just love them so much more! The whole irish thing who cares!. You are just as much italian as u are irish 50/50 so i would let it upset me! u could see a doctor if u wanted to but its pretty normal for some women to be a little "crazy" while she is on her period!. lol hope i helped it u need ne thing jus email me hunniWww@Answer-Health@Com
