Answers:
A light menstruation after taking Plan B is totally normal!. Read through the packet that came with your kit and it will explain this,

Side effects include nausea, abdominal pain, fatigue, headache, menstrual changes, dizziness, breast tenderness, vomiting, and diarrhea!. Menstrual bleeding may be heavier or lighter, earlier or later after taking it!.

If you continue with nuva ring, your schedule will go right back on track! No worries!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not likely that you caused any potential damage; sounds normal, but if the symptoms do not stop within a week, go to your physician and have them check it out, or you could always stop by at your local Planned Parenthood clinic and have them run some test!. That would be a smart move since they're VERY confidential and friendly, and the tests are really cheap (sometimes free testing)
