ok!.!.!.so i tried insteads cups today and it hurt!.!.!.the placement of it made my cramps worse!. Has anyone used insteads and also the diva!?!? which one is best!? its hard to say if the diva will be better because it is a different shape!. not really wanting to spend 30 dollars on something i am not going to use!.!.!.help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Instead is much Bigger than the reusable ones like the Diva, The reusable ones are also alot less messy!. Google menstral cups and there are a ton of informational sites, try this website, the lady who put it together compared almost all on the market and put what she liked and didn't!. Very informational!!

I haven't used Insteads, but the DivaCup is pretty comfortable for me!. I did have to turn it inside-out (well, I decided to try that instead of cutting off the stem all the way) because it's pretty long!.
It does take some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it shouldn't be all that messy!. Perhaps a bit more so than tampons -- the cup doesn't "wipe" you on the way in or out, so it's possible to have some blood on the vaginal walls below the cup -- but not as much as pads!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hate the cups!. They hurt and I dont see how they could work very well!. BTW they are VERY VERY messy!.!.!.No thanks!.
Tampons leak for me, so I have to wear a pad underneith of them which negates the purpose!.
I know they feel like diapers but I jus stick to old fasioned pads!.!.!.!.Always brand ultra thin unscented!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
