Answers:
You can wear it for swimming!.

No matter how light it is, wear a tampon as you will contaminate the pool with your blood!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tampons were designed so you can do all the things you would normally do without your period getting in the way!. You'll be fine swimming while wearing one!. I would put one in just before you go and change it as soon as you are finished swimming!. Have fun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i've heard that swimming in a tampon is okay!.
as long as you change it right when you get done!.
i've done it before & nothing bad happened, lol!.
i'm 15 too!.
but geez your periods last 8 days!? that sucksWww@Answer-Health@Com

You should wear a tampon, but yes it is fine to go swiming!. But your period should only last 3-7 days if it regularly lasts longer than that I would talk to a doctor about it!.
