girls who are virgins have a piece of skin called a "hymen" and it was thought of years ago that all virgins should have this but it is now known that hymens break with doing exercising, bike riding and it can't be used as a judge for whether a girl is a virgin or not!. if you mean no tampons till you have had sex for the first time then that is WRONG -most girls have a small natural break in their hymen that allows a tampon to go in!.

There is nothing wrong with a virgin wearing tampons!. Because the hymen is usually still intact, it may be more difficult (but not impossible) to insert!. Buy the most slender sized tampon - one with a plastic applicator!. Place a little extra lubricant (such as K-Y) on it!. It may take a little time and practice but you will eventually be able to insert it unless you are one of the rare individuals who have a hymen which completely covers the vaginal opening!. In that case, a gynecologist would be able to make an incision in the hymen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats not true at all!. i started using tampons about age 16, didnt have sex until 19!. you can use them whenever you want, and whenever you feel like!.
