Easy 10 points.?!


Question: Easy 10 points!.!?
Ok, I'm 12 years old, 5"1, wear I size 0 or 1, and 103 pounds!.

I know I'm not fat but I want to be more toned, preferably in 2 days!. lol!.
I really want tighter abs and a little better thighs and calfs!.
Any type of tips would be great!.
I usually just crash diet, but I want to be really toned, so I'll just do both!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay so nothing is going to tone "fat" in 2 days!. You need to do exercise to build muscle which is what makes us "toned"!.

For your abs - try the "Jackknife" exercise!. Lay flat on your back in the floor with your arms straight over your head!. Bring your arms and legs up to form a "V" shape!. This works your abs great!. You can also do the bicycle!. Lay in the floor as though you are going to do a crunch with your knees at a 90 degree angle (off the floor) bring your left elbow to your right knee and then your right elbow to your left knee and do this for about 15 reps!.

As for your thighs, my fave is laying on the floor on my side and doing leg lifts!. They are easy and they work!. You can do them while watching t!.v!. Simply lift your leg to about hip level and repeat!. I do 100 at a time for each leg!.

The key to toning yourself is do these exercises and more everyday and to be consitent with it!. You can't do them once a month and expect results!.

if you want to look good in 2 days for like a swim party or something like that!.!.!. dont drink alot of water or any other drink so when your body gets dehydrated (but not too much where you feel sick) your skin sucks up to your body so you look more toned but this isnt a long term effect!. just like a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

Im a boy but its hot when girls can do push ups and sit ups!.
You shouldnt really worry about your weight!. Go out side ,Play sports , ride bikes, Walk around your block or something
