My nipples become very sore and my breasts feel very heavy when I'm ovulating!.
Also, and I know a lot of women who have gone through this during puberty:
The pain could also be that your breasts are just growing, and because of that, hormones in your body are making your breasts and nipples sore because the hormones are focusing in on your breast development!. All the women in my family have pretty large breasts on my mother's side, and all developed early, and all had this pain!.
I don't know how old you are, but if you have somewhat large breasts, or are still going through puberty, that might be a logical explanation!.
