Question about morning after pill / Condom Break?!

Question: Question about morning after pill / Condom Break!?
We were having protected sex early this morning and after we finished, when I went to discard the condom, I noticed there was a small rip in the side of the condom!.

Now I may be over reacting but I'm not sure what to do at this point as she's not on birth control!. I heard that the morning after pill can prevent pregnancy but I'm not too familiar with what it does and most importantly, where I can get it and how effective it is and when she needs to take it!. Any help would be greatly appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The morning after pill (Plan B) is available OTC now!. Many pharmacies, such as CVS & Walgreens, carry it!. If you are over 18, all you have to do is call to see if they have any in stock!. You will need to pick it up at the pharmacy though!. It runs about $150, & you take 2 pills 12 hours apart!. If it's taken within 72 hours, it reduces pregnancy by 89%!.
