lay on your side and curl up your legs in the fetal position!. Apply a heating pad or make a home made one!. I have just taken a ton of paper towels and rolled them up and put them in water and microwaved it for 22 seconds then put it in a zip lock bag!. That worked well as a heating pad!. Also try drinking caffeinated beverages!. caffeine helps with cramping!.

When you can get to a store get some midol, its the best for cramping pain and bloating!. Hope you feel better soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know you cant go to the local pharmacy but when I had my period last I use to take midol & that use to help me with my period pain!. The heating pad should help soothed a little bit and I wouldnt jog or stretch, for me it just makes me bleed more!. If its extremely bad you should see your doctor!.
Hope you feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK, this may sound strange but it works!. If you have any at home, eat a banana!. A good friend of mine has been a nurse for years and she is the one who told me about this!. Something about the potassium relieves cramping!. Also stay away from caffeine which tends to make cramps worse!. Laying down with a heating pad and elevating your legs and feet may be helpful also!. Sometimes going for a walk works as well!. I hope this helps :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most people don't think of this, but Chiropractic care really can help with period cramps - I have it all the time with my patients!.
Get a Doc from the insurance list - they are screened and use accepted methods and treatment plans (i!.e!., not a billion times or waving crystals over you or some BS)!.
Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink lots and lots of water!. It really helps!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would use some sort of heat source in your abdomen!.!.!. that usually helps!.!.!. or a hot bathWww@Answer-Health@Com
