Hi, im 16 and im really wanting to lose some weight and get in shape this summer!. i'm 5'0" and 140 lbs!. i use to be in great shape b/c i did cross country but then i quit and just steadily gained weight over the past year!. I want to lose about 20 lbs over the summer!. i always say i want to lose weight but then i never can form a good plan that i can stick to or i just plan lose motivation and pig out on sweets or whatever ive been craving! What is a good, easy meal plan that i can follow since im usually kind of busy!? and also a good workout plan!.!.!.!.i have a gym membership, a good neighborhood to run in, an exercise ball, and a set of 3,5,8 lb dumb bells! please help!

well you can try jenny craig or do the same concept!.
last summer i did jenny craig and lost a little more than 30 pounds! but i also did some exercise!!. i am really happy with my weight!

well i believe you should go outside and ride your bike, jump rope, or play a sport!. don't sit inside this will cause to gain more weight!. we you get hungry try a nice fruit snack to tame your hunger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Go rollerblading!. And swimming!. And walking and jogging and hiking and biking and whatnot!. And only eat fresh food, nothing fried!. Eat lots of green stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I just recently lost 20 pounds in a month because I felt that I was slowly gaining weight!. I cut back on what I eat a lot and that usually helps!. Don't cut any foods out of your diet like carbs or dairy or things like that because unless you are going to stop eating them forever you're only going to gain the weight right back when you start eating them again!. I cut back on what I eat by about half and work out at least 20 min a day!. By doing this I dropped wieght fast!. Now I'm a guy so it may take longer for yo to lose the wieght but I'm not like a lot of skinny *** guys I have to watch what I eat to stay skinny!. So around a month or so you should drop some weight!. But I would just cut back on what you eat and exersize a lot!. It might be hard to cut back at first but if you stick to it, it will get easier!.

well i am 14 5'5" and lost 50 doing this (190 to 140) U MUST EAT EVERY 3 HOURS!!!
Breakfast: two egg whites mixed with 1 1/2 tsp sugar in milk!. (blend and drink)
AM SNACK: Apple and broiled chicken on 2 slices whole wheat bread!. (1 cup chicken)
LUNCH: Salad (2 cups) 10 almonds with a cup of fruit!.
PM SNACK: 1 tbl Peanut butter and 1 apple
Dinner: Same as Lunch and a cup of Yogurt (low carb dannon)
MUST RUN EVERYDAY FOR 30 MINS!. RIDE A BIKE FOR 15 MINUTES AND LIFT WEIGHTS 15 MINS!. (TRICEPS, BICEPS, CURLS, AND SITUPS!!)
