Everyone I Know used tampons!.
I'm too scared to use them!. Sometimes I want to , because Pads can get pretty gross!. Espicially since i have a heavy flow for a good 6 days!. I'm 14!.

I was scared of using tampons also!. I vacation a lot with my family, but I refused to put a tampon in when it came time for any water activities!. I'm seventeen years old and I barely started using them two months ago!. I swore that it was going to hurt me (everything hurts me!), but I was VERY pleasantly surprised that it didn't hurt at all!. Pads, my old best friends, are barely tolerable to me now!. It's perfectly normal that you're apprehensive about tampons, and remember that you don't have to try them until you're ready!. If you are a virgin, i would not use tampons!. but i did use them at your age, and it was the best thing for me because i had a heavy flow!. Its nothing to be afraid of, it will not get stuck up there, there is a string to pull it out, the one thing you do have to realize is that you must never leave it in for a long period of time, you can go into sock!. every two hours you must change, maybe on the hour if you bleed heavy!. it is very normal!. alot of my friends use them, and alot of them dont!. also, i know alot of people who are afraid of them!.!.!.for instance me!. i just worry about TSS!. so if i use a tampon, its only for a couple hours!. that might be tmi lol!.

its ok if everyone is doing it you shuld stick to what is comfortable toy you becausu first of all pads are way more safe and they do hurt the first time especially if they are not in right and some times if you dry when your ready to take it out it hurts your young but i didnt use one till i was 16 but we are different ppl anyway do what feels right if you curuios try it one day!! good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
I went through this phase as a teen!. Took me forever to try them!. Once I got it right, I was hooked!. I'd never go back!. The most important thing is to relax!. A friend once told me to lift one leg up while sitting on the toilet seat when trying it for the first time!. And if you're totally new to the process and I'm assuming still a virgin, get the junior size tampons!. As long as you follow the instructions and do your best to remain calm, you will feel no pain at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They do not hurt, properly inserted tampons may be uncomfertable the first time, but then they get to be not even noticed!.

it's ok to be scared of using a tampon, the idea of shoving something foreign up your vagina is always scary, especially if you're still a virgin!. but if you do decide to use them, tampons shouldn't hurt, you should not feel them at allWww@Answer-Health@Com
100% completely normal to be scared of using tampons!. i went through the same thing!.!.!. well all girls go through it!. but tampons are defintely easier than pads!. and they may feel a little uncomfortable the first 2-3 times, but after that, you can barely tell their there!.
