Boob/muscle question??!


Question: Boob/muscle question!?!?
im 15 and i have a good amount of muscle in my boobs!.!.
can that mess with the development of them later on!?
please help, im not sure if i should like majorly stop working out my pecks or to continue, i just don't want to have flabby,saggy boobs, but i don't want to be an A cup my whole life!.!. anyone who knows what they're talking about, please let me know!.!. oh and some sources would be awesome if possible!.!.!.Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's good to have well developed breast muscles!. You need that support for the fatty breast tissue!. It also gives you a better silhouette and makes what cup you have more pert(& attractive in my mind)
The cup size will depend on how much fat you have, but your genetics determine where that fat wil deposit itself!.
Don't stop working out!. It would take a major committment to serios bodybuilding AND diet to get so cut your breasts would shrink!.

The chest (pec muscles) underly your breast tissue!.!.!.so as they grow stronger and to some degree larger, they can give the appearance of a larger firmer breast that someone with no muscle tone!.
As far as sagging, in the breast tissue are small ligamentous threads that help to support the tissue and keep you "perky"!. These ligaments are called coopers ligaments!. There seems to be some debate if wearing a bra will create laxity and ultimately atrophy of these ligaments leading to sagginess, or if they do offer support!.!.!.i dunno!.!.!.but it is well known that the damaging effects of say for example smoking!.!.!.can lead to the break down of all connective tissue!.!.!.and hence lead to saggies later in life!.

Working out has no direct negative affect on breast health to my knowledge!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont know what to tell you really!.!.just dont overdo any toning excersises becase as you know that is used to burn fat and that will make them smaller!. but if you do strenth exercises that will make the muscle bigger and firmer but i dont think that will stunt the growth of them becuase there is no growth plate there!. i dont think doing chest work outs will effect you much!. so just do what your doin if they look good to YOU not to just any guy!. ok!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are just 15 you just dont need to worry about it, I think as you 'll grow up everything is gonna grow up too!. so be patient, you know what!? after pregnancy and lactation breast size changes alot, and they start to sag!.!.!.!.if you have good muscles so you 'll be protected against sagging for real long time!. and dont give up your workout; its good in every way!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It won't change your cup size either way!. But having developed pecs will make your chest cicumference bigger!.

You may be thinking of those bodybuilder chicks with no boobs--but trust me, they are taking steroids, that's why they have no boobs (they lose their periods, too)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think working them would make them firmer!. Stronger definitely and pectoral muscle are use in every day activities even using your arms a lot strengthens them (good luck)Www@Answer-Health@Com
