Ok I am going on a trip tomorrow to a water park!. But my T!.O!.M!. is here!. I dont know what to put because I want to get in the water!. Can you what brand works best or something!.!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're young and a virgin, then use a tampon that's slim fit or regular absorbency!. (Anything bigger will be difficult to insert since it's your first time!.) Whatever tampon brand you choose, make sure it has a plastic applicator!. I can't stress this enough!. Cardboard applicators absolutely suck and tampons with no applicators are quite difficult to put in the vagina!.
A lot of people have had success with the Tampax Pearl, but I also like Playtex Gentle Glide!. It's basically the same type of tampon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
