How do I tell my friends I am having breast enlargement surgery?!

Question: How do I tell my friends I am having breast enlargement surgery!?
I am having surgery on 24th June and only my Boyfriend and Mum know!. I am not worried about telling my friends because I know they will be supportive, but how do I broach the subject!? One of my friends is having a birthday do 10 days before my surgery and I thought that might be a good time!.
Also, I have a job and will need to go back 4 days after surgery, should I tell them at work!? I keep getting mixed messages from my Mum and Boyfriend and I just need some advice!. Please can anyone help, especially if they have had the same dilema!. :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should be proud and happy with your body and do with it what you want! dont worry what other people think, just come out and say it "Im having my boobs done, they're gonna look great and i cant wait to show them off to you!" then they can take it how they want!.
For work!.!.!.mmm well it depends how you are feeling after the operation because you may not feel up to it!. But again, done be ashamed by what you are doing, as you said, you are doing it for you so stuff em!
Prehaps you could pre-warn them and say you would appriciate some support for the weeks after surgery!. its very ommon nowadays so cant imagine they will be too shocked
GOOD LUCK!Www@Answer-Health@Com

At work tell them you're having surgery, you don't need to go into details about it if you don't want to!. With your friends you could maybe ask them what they think of breast implants then tell them about it!. I hope your surgery goes well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't!

Keep it as a bumper surprise, and when they notice a change, just tell them you feel different!.!.!. like as if you have great things in front of you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think they may realise eventually without your having to say anything!.!.!.!.so its up to you!.!.!.!.I would just surprise them!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why tell them!? They're your bits- I'm sure they'll notice- and if they don't- maybe you didn't need the surgery in the first place-Www@Answer-Health@Com

just be honest and if they are ur friends they will at least pretend to be supportiveWww@Answer-Health@Com
