Question: My little sister refuses to change her undies!.!?
She hasn't changed them for a month!. At least!.
Now she came to me saying she has tiny bumps down there!.
She says they don't hurt, itch burn or smell!.
I know she had it coming for being such a sick weirdo!.!.!.but she's 10!.

What are your parents saying!? I really think MOM should jump in and demand for her to change them!. OR, when she is sleep cut them and then when she wakes up they will fall to the floor and she will have to put on a clean pair!. WOW, this is crazy!. So I guess when she showers (Geez, I hope she showers) she gets out and puts on the same panties!?!?!?!? Well good luck, young girls at this age are so determined and there minds are set and that is it, you can not make them budge! ONE THING, go on-line and look up vaginal rashes and print them out and tell her this is whats gonna happen if you keep this up!. Or she doesn't wash, either!?!?!? if it's a problem of being afraid to go naked, it's an attempt to keep herself protected!.!. Whether from something real (physical) real (emotional) or imaginary is hard to say without more detail!. IS she otherwise normal and happy in her behaviour!? or withdrawn and shy!? depressed or abused people (especially verbally abused) sometimes don't wash or change for weeks!. Maybe she's got the idea that down there is dirty, so keeps the same undies as a form of denying this!.

I think shes okay!. She needs to clean herself down there and change her underwear daily!. Hopefully she has learned her lesson!. It could be just a rash that occurred because of the bacterial growth from not changing them!. Even though it doesn't burn or itch doesn't mean its not a rash!. Make sure she cleans herself daily and takes care of herself!. Tell her what could happen if she doesn't change them such as scabies and severe rashes!.
