Yoga is a great muscle relaxant, though any form of exercise can help greatly reduce menstrual cramps!. Also, avoiding caffeine during your cycle can help prevent really bad ones!. A warm bath or heat pad can also help reduce cramping!.

Another remedy you may want to try is Raspberry Leaf tea!. Drinking a cup a day for about a week before your period is due, and then 3-4 cups a day during your period can greatly reduce cramps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a pillow, and place it on your abdomen and apply a little pressure!. That helps, and for a little more help, take a hot water bottle, or heating pack and place it before the pillow!. Take a ibeprofin( i dont know how to spell it), not tylenol, because ibeprofin is better for cramps!. And a little exorcise helps too, like some walking, slow jogging!. And drink lots of water and it just has to pass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
