Birth control after baby?!

i am 37 weeks 2 days pregnant and obviously we cant afford another baby right away so im trying to decide what birth control would be best and i want to hear some other womens opinions about their luck with different kinds i dont really want the pill just because im pretty forgetful and thats not something i want to do um iv been on the shot and it completely messed up my body i was thinking something that would have to be placed in my body and i was really hoping to get the mirena but my only concern is they say that sometimes they can cause ovarian cyst that usually disappear well iv had them and a few of them turned into tumors which i had surgery for and then i had so many of them my left ovary completely died and i lost it last year im concerned about getting them again with birth control because i do want more children just not for a while and i was thinking with the mirena they are good for 5 years and that sounds like the perfect time to have one more childWww@Answer-Health@Com
