If I was pregnant should I have had a positive result by now...?!

Question: If I was pregnant should I have had a positive result by now!.!.!.!?
I'm on the pill, I missed about 3 last month and had uprotected sex!. Long story short, just to make sure, I've taken some home pregnancy tests!. The sex was 19/20 days ago, if I was pregnant would I have had a positive result by now!. All the ones I have done have come back negative, and my cycle is messed up, but my "period" (the placebo week) was last week!. I didnt bleed on the placebo week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Most likely, yes!. However, about the 4th week is peak so you need to wait about 3-7 more days to be sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you supposed to bleed on the placebo week!? That could be a sign of something!.

But you wouldn't get a positive result until 6 weeks after unprotected sex b/c the pregnancy hormone hasn't spread throuhgout your body yet , so you cannot measure it!.

Even if you missed 3 last month, you should be okay because your body is used to the BC in your system and your hormone levels dont fluctate that much!.

Test in 2 weeks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

stress can cause you to miss your period!. wait a week or two then take another testWww@Answer-Health@Com

Alright!. The urine tests can detect conception up to five days early-around 23-29 days past the first day of your last period!. If you test then, and it's negative, wait a few days and test again!. Use first morning urine, it's more concentrated!. In some rare cases (such as mine) the hormone isn't secreted in your urine!. I took multiple urine tests with all of my kids, and they were all negative!. I got a blood test- and sure enough, I was pregnant!. Just ask your Dr for a quant beta HCG!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
