well, personally, I would prefer a tampon over a pad, but there is a third option not mentioned so far!.

if you don't wear a tampon everyone will see a pad from your leotard and hear you walking with a pad on!.!.!.embarassing!!!! but it's your decision either way!. don't wear one if you don't want too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why not!? they are great!. WAY better than pads!. I still wear pads at night and light flow though!. If I was doing gymnastics or ANYTHING active, I would definitely wear a tampon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
