I am so sleepy right now i wont be of much help but i still wanted to speak to u!.

dont be scared alright!? dont feel weird or strange, feel happy and normal! this happens to all girls and u got it at the 'perfect' age!. if u got it much later ud be out of the loop, much younger, you'd be out of the loop!. this is good!.

tell ur mom!. ure still her baby! telling her is only gonna make her proud and happy i promise!. and i know it seems so embarrassing but just TELL her youll be SO relieved! i told her by going to her just after shed turned after her light to go to bed, so she was in a quiet mood!. this was easier for me because i was scared for her reaction!. but just work up the courage and tell her ok!? u need to, really!. shell be of so much help!. get all ur stuff for u, someone to go to when u have pain or cant go swimming!.!.u no!. if it helps, dont say the words period or pad!. theyre really hard to say to me! (to my mom i mean) say it came today!. shell figure it out!.

dont worry too much!. it will seem a little overwhelming right now but in a few weeks and definitely a few months, u will relax, and itll not be scary at all!. i freaked out when i got mine and was a lil depressed, but after a few months i was fine! cant even imagine y i behaved so crazy!

all u really need is pads!. once u have them, ull figure out when u have to change them cuz its different for everyone!. just keep checking and when most of the pad is bloody, change it!. usually after 3 or 4 hrs!. if u dont like the ones u have (too light, u want thicker or too uncomfortable) just ask ur mom!. trust me talkin to her bout it gets easier and easier once u start! if u get abdominal pain ('cramps') take any pain reliever like tylenol!. or eat a banana!. u may need some extra relaxing time so dont be afraid to pamper urself and eat some chocolate and chill on the couch!.

congrats lovey! it aint so bad and we all deal with it!. at this exact moment a billion women are changing their pads ;) and many of ur friends have theirs too!.

o yea, mark off every day u get it with a calendar!. it will probably last 5 days, more or less!. can last up to 10 days even 2 weeks but thats unusual!. then count 28 days from then thats when u may get it again!. u probably wont be regular at first tho (it may skip a few months then return ya kno) at night, overlap pads, one to the front one to the back and wear tights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
