Is it normal to experience pain after excerisizing if you have an ovarian cyst?!


Question: Is it normal to experience pain after excerisizing if you have an ovarian cyst!?
The pain I feel after running feels like intense menstral pain (even when I am NOT on my period)Sometimes I feel like maybe I just need to have a bowel movement but that doens't work!. Eventually after about 3-4 hours, the pain subsides but its frusterating!. I need to run because I am in training for an upcoming triathlon!.

I also feel a pulling sensation in my lower right side!. Is that normal for an ovarian cyst!? Thank you for your help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh yes it is normal alright!. It is possible that you have ruptured the cyst!.

Please keep in mind that when you have an ovarian cyst, you need to be very careful of the types of activities you engage in until the cyst dissolves!.

Take it easier now!. Not too much stretching or bending!. If the pain continues or intensifies, see your OB/GYN immediately!.

With cyst you can have fluid pool in you hip socket and surrounding area!. But you could be developing a bigger problem you should go see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure if that's normal for someone with an ovarian cyst, but I'd check with your OB/GYN or another doctor to see what kinds of exercises are safe for you!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
