Question: I am worried about my eating habbits!.!.!.!. I dont wanna suffer in silence!.!.!.(please help)!?
I dont know whats gotten into me,
I dont want to be end up anorexia, or bulimic,
and I dont want to be seen as mad!.!.!.
I am starting to eat less and less
and if I do eating something big, I start feeling really upset after Dx
I am a good size 8-10, but sometimes
I feel like I need to loose more
like I put on 5 pounds and a freaked
I was depressed for like a week
I cut down on eating lol (stupid I know)
I dont want to end up doing anything stupid
but I am scared it might start taking over my life


I am too scared to talk about this to my friend about this!.!.!.

m8 u need to go 2 ur GP and talk to him abt dis, u mite need to c a councellor as well, im a size 8, and believe me i dont wana put weight on, i had a baby 7 months ago n i was a size 10 but wid a healthy diet and excercise i came back 2 a size 8!. u SHOULD eat, i know its easier sed than done, ur a size 8 dats NOT fat coz if ur fat den wot does dat make me hey!? i think uve got it in ur head dat ur big and da only way out is 2 sort out wats happenin in ur head first da only way is 2 go 2 ur doc, coz it aint normal gudluck hun xWww@Answer-Health@Com

If it is that much of a problem, you should talk to your doctor immediately!. Also, don't worry about 5 measly pounds!. Instead of changing just your eating habits, if you are seriously concerned with your weight, try working out or becoming more physically active!. Health is not just about weight, and health is very much more important that the number that shows when you stand on the scale!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

People are driven, endlessly, by the media to desire thinness!. It's the TV that's doing this to you, so, until you feel better stop watching it, and stop reading trashy girls'/women's magazines as well!. Give your scales to a charity shop and just enjoy your life, don't allow the TV to tell you how you should look, feel and behave!. Go out, eat food, enjoy yourself!. Get your life back!. ok sweety the worst thing to do is STOP EATING u NEED to eat lol dont do that to ur body!. the only thing u need to STOP doing is eating fast food and cheap TV dinners!. i was raised eating home cooked meals and veggies every night!. so all u hafta do is change ur habbits a bit and u will see that u will feel better about urself!. give it a try for a week and see how u like it!. grab a quick breakfast(takes 3mins to fry and egg), bring ur lunch, and make ur own dinner!. not to hard cooking is easy!. stay away from preservatives, high fructose corn syrup, and anything u CANT PRONOUNCE lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
