Details: My Girlfriend and I have been trying to have a baby girl for 7 years now!. After 5 boys and 5 adoptions, I am starting to think we will never succeed!. Does anyone have any clues on how to impregnate her with a Girl so we don't have to go through the pain of putting another child up for adoption!?

You are a terrible person!. You should not have children!. If you cannot accept what God has given you then you dont deserve to be given such a gift!. It is beyond my imagination why anyone would give up 5 boys because it was not what they were looking for!. Unbelievable, some people try their whole life to concieve a child and you are giving them away left and right!. As for how to make a girl, short of going through a doctor and having them genetically single out an X sperm from you (which you may not have any that are viable if you have not concieved a girl up to this point) and having it put into your wife and hoping that it implants and grows!. There is no way to guarentee a girl!. (Not that you deserve one)

If you impregnate your girlfriend the old-fashioned way (via intercourse), there is no way to choose - half of the millions of sperm in your ejaculate are Y (will produce a male), and the other half are X (female), so your odds are 50/50 each and every time!. The only way to "choose" is to have in vitro fertilization, which is a very complicated and expensive process!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't believe this BUT clearly you are the problem, if she just moved on to a guy with more females in his family then she has a higher chance of having a daughter!. (a woman will always have a girl, all her eggs are female, the sex is determined by the male sperm, the amount of male or female sperm he has depends on his genetic disposition to either sex)
Genetically you are spitting out boys, those who have a family of girls are genetically more likely to have girls!. My boyfriends family is littered with little boys, it was no suprise to use that we had a little boy and that every man in the family usually has two or three boys before they get a little girl!. It is opposit in my fmaily we have tonnes of girls and it is usually only in the larger families the little boys appear and they are always the younger set!.My parents had me and my sister before they decide to try one more time and had my brother!. If you are going to make-up a crazy story like this, you could at the very least be married!. Your girlfriend!? Why have so many kids with a girlfriend!? Next time, think your story through first!.
