If you shave down there it is definitely that!. If you don't shave or even if you do it is due to dry skin like anywhere else on your body dry skin is a factor!. If it itches further down like by the vagina area I would say yeast infection or some sort of bacterial infection!. And if that is the case you should see a doctor and get something for it, it will only get worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
