If you a woman then you should know about these things!. But if you are that little girl who just got her period then don't be terrified!.
The brown discharge is what you get before your period or afterwards!.!. sometimes in between!. So it's completely normal!.
What you can do is exercise, drink lots of warm fluids!.
good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Uh, wasthe white stuff in a clot or just blood!?
And because its the beginning of her period and its her first, the first few days will be brown because thats old blood, and the white i think is the lining of the egg thingy, sumin like that!. I dont think u need to worry now, but if it continue's see a doc!
Does she have a any fevers or illness!?
Any cramps!?
If so she must take the pills Ponstan and always have a hot water bottle around!
Hope she's okWww@Answer-Health@Com

Perfectly normal!.You just be there, they may only last a day and not come back for a couple of months!
How about taking her out for a celebration of becoming "a woman"!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A young woman getting her period for the first time should always see a doctor to make sure things are the way they should be!.

At least that is the norm in the USA!.
