This sounds exactly like an ovarian cyst!.!.!. or possibly PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) my wife has it and she about your same size !. It could possibly be endometriosis, but sounds more like PCOS!.!.!.!.!. but as always!.!.!. dont listen to us for medical advice!.!.!. Find a way to see a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

It may be an infection or a cramp!.
There's a posibility of cancer, but I doubt that will prevent you from having your Period!.

Are you sure you're not pregnant!?
If you are sure, It's just a cramp and if not - Don't worry about it, give it a few days if it doesnt heal talk to a doctor - easy as that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is probably an ovarian cyst!. (generally harmless!., but you can check it out on www!.webmd!.com !. I have had the same problem for years and that is what mine are!. They will usually go away on their own, but they will wreak havoc on your hormones!. They can cause you to gain weight because of the whole hormone imbalance!. Lots of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like an ovarian cyst!. I have one too!. They are annoying and mine is like yours where it comes and goes!. But I am not a dr!. so I suggest you find a way to get health insurance and see your dr!. You don't want to take risks with your health!. You want to rule out ovarian cancer !. Best luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

You really should try to get this checked as soon as possible!. It could be a cyst or even worse!. I myself experienced similiar symptoms and had an MRI done to find I had a cyst on my left ovary!. Look in your community for resources that help woman without insuranceWww@Answer-Health@Com

well u could be ovulating which can cause pain in the ovary!.!.!.and which means ur period is on its way!.!.!.

But it could also be an ovarian cyst!.!.
since u don't have insurance i would suggest going to a planned parenthood clinic and getting checked by a doctor!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you may have an ovarian cyst that can burst if gone untreated!. get yourself into a women's clinic but fast!. the pain is an indicator that something is not right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

what if this is a tuble pregnacy!?!?!?!?!?!.Screw not having insurance got to the doctor!. Your life first, money and bills last!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like ovarian cyst!. the usually go away on there own but can be very painful if rupture!. Go to ER and they will take care of youWww@Answer-Health@Com

could be ovarian cyst!.!.!.!.!.
OR
IBSWww@Answer-Health@Com

This could be anything!. If you are experiencing pain in your side where one of your ovaries is, it could be a sign of an ovarian cyst!. I have one now and your symptoms sound like mine!. I had pain in my side, in the area of my left ovary, and an ultrasound revealed a small cyst!.

On the other hand, since you stopped taking The Pill, it could be just your body balancing hormones, which could explain the lack of a menstrual cycle!.

You mention that you do not have health insurance!. What I suggest is that you seek out your local Planned Parenthood office!.

If you do not have health insurance, you may qualify to have their services either for free, or for a very reduced price!.

You cannot diagnose this problem here!. You must see an OB/GYN!. I've placed a link to Planned Parenthood's Web site below!.

Good luck and I hope that you feel better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, one negative pregnancy test does not mean you are not pregnant!.!.!. take another one to check!.

Call family planning to see if they can check you out (they base the fee off of your ability to pay so its pretty cheap) or look for a free clinic in your area!. because it may be something serious (such as an eptopic pregnacy), or it could be nothing (i!.e!. gas pain)!. It could also be ovarian cysts, which may or may not be serious!.

But, if you haven't had your period for 3 months, that would be a warning that something not right is going on!.!.!.!.

good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

From what your describing, it sounds like one of two things to me!. My first immediate guess is that it could be a cyst on the ovary!. this has happened to me and to my sister-in-law!. Fortunately for me it eventually went away on it own!. However, my sister-in-law had to have hers surgically removed!. Second, and my least likely guess is that you could be having an ectopic pregnancy where the fetus is outside the fallopian tube!. I would say to weigh it out a while longer, but you have already been dealing with this for three months and that is too long!. I know you say you don't have health insurance, but this can be something very serious that can also cause much damage if not treated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
