If you are already on the pill and you are on the "off week" yes, if you double up it will stop for a day or so!. I had to do that because my period came a little early!.!. my wedding day!! My dr told me it was ok to double up the night before the big day but don't make a habit out of it!. The other option is that cup ("Instead") they sell at CVS, you can have sex on your period (if that's your purpose)!. Just put a new one in right before and probably not on the heavest day!. Nope!. The pills takes 1 month to kick in, you need to take it everyday at roughly the same time!. The pill slowly stops all new eggs from regenerating!. It will stop all future periods but NOT your current one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
