Answers:
have u been sexually active!?!?!? u may be preg!.!.!. or just about 2 go on ur period!. maybe you have just over done it and need to take a few days off!. as for the craving, that will happen!.!.!. you make progress and then the cravings start to come back, gradually they get worse and worse!.!.!. as long as you dont give in, they will eventually go away as you begin to adjust to your new life style!. as for exercise, just walking up the steps a couple times doing housework, or taking the dog for a walk helps and doesnt take as much energy as working out @ the gym for an hour or so, but still burns off a few cal!. or try taking a dance class 1-3 nights a week!.!.!. it really burns off fat, and youll hav fun!. just try not to over eat!. look for foods that are healthy and naturally good!. the more textures, colors, and flavors you add into a diet, the more interesting and fun, and im sure youve heard that a colorful plate is a healthy one!.!.!. unless its a variety of candies!. try various fruits, nut, yogurts ect!.!.!. these things are really good for you!.

here is a sample day of creative, fun, halthy meals

breakfast:
yogurt w/ granola and a glass of juice

mid-morning snack:
a handful of trail mix

lunch:
ham and swiss sandwic with freshly baked bread, and carrots and celery w/ dip (did you know that it takes more calories to chew celery than is in it!!) and water

dinner:
some variety of fish, a potatoe (cooked your favorite way) and a salad

also, try chewing food slower and focus on the different textures and flavors of each bite!. you won't over eat and actually, people who eat slower are skinnier!.!.!. heres why:

if you eat slowly, your stomach will digest at a normal rate, so you will be a ble to tell when you have had your fill!. if you eat too quickly, your stomach won't be able to digest that fast, so you will have eaten so much before you even realized how full you are!. you will feel bloated and disgustingly full, and this is unhealthy!

continue to work out, keeping in mind that 45 minutes 4 nights a week is sufficient!.
also realized that maintaining a positive attidude will help you want to work harder, and ultimately lose more weight!. good luck!!! and just remember!.!.!. you look great the way you areWww@Answer-Health@Com

Just a note:
Chinese food is NOT fattening!
You know nothing about Chinese cuisine!
I think you will find it is the Italian pasta that gives Chinese and Japanese noodles a bad name!.!.!.
It was Marco Polo's fault after all!.!.!.

Other than that I understand I haven't been down the gym lately coz I have been busying myself with everything else!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's basically discipline!. You have to work through the cravings!. Remember that for a while your body went into shock because you got real responsible with your eating and excercise!. Now your mind is asking for the reward!. Push yourself harder, use an activity to take your mind off the fatty foods, and reap the results!.!.!. The cravings will generally last no more than a few minutes at their strongest level!. Don't give in to them!.!.!.!.

Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
