Question: Peeing my pants!?
this is embarassing, but i have a problem with peeing my pants when i'm in front of large crowds!. it usually happens every time!. now my problem is, i have graduation coming up, and i swear if i pee on myself i'm going to be mortified! what can i do to prevent any accidents from happening!? any advice will be very helpful, thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

You don't have to wear a diaper!. They make bladder protection in a pad!. You can line your panties just like a normal period pad!.
In the meantime try kegal exercises!. Try to imitate stopping the flow of pee!. Hold the position for 10 seconds then release!. Do this throughout the day and it will strengthen your pelvic floor which will aid holding pee in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the bathroom like right before your graduation, or like hecka times during the day!.
