Question: Fat Thighs!?!?!?!? HELP!?
Hey im 13 year old girl and ugg im struggling because I feel like I have fat thighs!. Im not sure if its actually true but I feel like it is!. I would like to get them skinnier!.!.!. how can I do that!?!?!? please give me some suggestions!.!.!. only respectful answers please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've read running is not a good idea for wanting thinner thighs!. Because if u think your thighs are fat!.!.!.running will tighten your muscles on your thighs!. they'll be the same size!.!.!.except stronger!. <--but you want thin thighs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am sure that they look fine but if you are really worried do some exercise most young girls worry about thier appearance but keep in mind you are only 13 and things change evey week!. You should be out having fun and not worrying but being a kid is tough now days!. You will get if figured outWww@Answer-Health@Com
