Yoga...HELP!?!
Question: Yoga!.!.!.HELP!!?
So I'm wanting to lose about 10-15 lbs and lose a lot of inches!. I've heard Yoga is great for getting long lean muscles!.!. Is that true!? Also what type of yoga should I start with and what is the best video!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yoga is very good for stretching muscles, building strength, and toning, as well as some styles of yoga can be good for cardio!.
As far as videos go, there are so many out there it's hard to say which one is better or worse than each other!. If you can handle her 24-7 overly annoying happy-chipper mood, Denise Austin is pretty good, but there are others out there that are way better than her!.
If you rent through Netflix, I recommend finding yoga videos there, and renting them!. This will give you a chance to test a bunch out, and find the one(s) that will work for you, before you waste money on videos you don't like)!. If you don't use Netflix, there's always Blockbuster, either online, or in the store!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
