I need some random tips to help you lose those extra pounds without going on some crazy diet!. Just!.!. little things you can do within the house!. Help please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's kinda lame, but more housework!
Dancing while vacuuming is my favorite!. Blast some of your fave jams and get your floors clean at the same time!.
I also boogey while I'm washing the dishes/loading the dishwasher!.
Whenever presented the option of elevator or stairs, I take the stairs!.
When shopping, I purposely park my car far from the store door so I have to walk a little bit extra!.
If you set your mind to it, you can think of a few creative ways of getting your body more active--which is KEY for losing weight :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Water, cut out the junk food, eat every 2-3 hours and get in 30 minutes of cardio 3-5 days a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
