Umm like a said i am 15 year old (girl) and I am 5 foot 2 inches or so!.!.!.!. and i weigh 135 (on average)

I really feel like 115 to 120 would be a really healthy range for me!.!.!.!. WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THAT!?

I also want to know some high calorie burning workouts!.!.!.!. (think fun!.!.!. nothing in a public group EMBARASSING lol)

MY BIGGEST QUESTION IS!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. is it a healthy goal to want to weigh 120 by the last week or so of july!? Wanting to set up a realistic goal!.!.!.!.!.

yeah!.!.!.i would say that 120 sounds like a healthy weight for someone your height!.!.!.you just have to do cardio at least 3-4times a week for about 30-60 minutes such as running, biking, rollerblading!.!.!.and you should try to eat healthy in like the 1500calorie a day range so that you can burn fat easier!.!.!.the end of july!.!.!.that gives you about 7 weeks!.!.!.its healthy to lose 1-2 pounds a week so!.!.!.yeah!.!.!.i think you could reach your goal!.!.!.i think its pretty real if you get in the workout and stay away from high calorie foods!.!.!.just eat fruits veggies, lean meat, and whole wheat bread and pasta because white bread is worse for you and you need your grainsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I am 14, I am 5'0 and I weigh 120!.
I think that your goal is good, but as long as you know, you're weight right now is not fat, at all!.
When I try to drop a few pounds I usually go into my basement and dance to music that I really like, and just do that for about an hour twice a day!.
The best way to lose weight really is following the Canadian Food Guide!. Even though I don't do this, I really should!.

well you're not at a bad weight to begin with, but i guess everyone wants to be thinner!. i think that you're setting a very realistic goal for yourself!. it will keep you motivated!. i found that the best way to loose weight is to just get out and exercise, A LOT!. try riding bike or running more places instead of driving, call a friend to go play a sport with you when you have spare time!. eat lots of salads, drink tons of water!.!. and really cut down on sugars!. a good exercise for burning calories is those stair stepper things!.

for your height and your age 120 is very healthy and since your 15 you can definiatly lose it fast since your young eat and drink healthy and get really active doing whatever is fun to you even walking lifting weights jump roping or just having fun and the pounds will drop off just be positive and happy and that you get you where you want have a fun summer!Www@Answer-Health@Com

first off that is a good goal i would have to say if you truly think you need to lose it!. i dont think you do!. u should be comfortable in you skin and if u happen to lose it along the way then thats fine!. but if u really want to then be careful about it, keep eating dont starve yourself!. start out running!. do some situps occasionally run some stairs and do some leg lifts and things just to keep it well rounded!. be careful and have funWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think that probably about 125 would be good for you age and height if you are committed you might be able to get there by the end of July its actually easier than you think to lose weight just by only eating desert twice a week eating only a handful of chips and snacks instead of a big bag drinking water instead of pop and energy drinks and when you do go to fast food restaurants smalls instead of super sizing everything!.You could also just stick to a simple exercising plan to do everyday- 20 sit ups, 10 push ups,50 crunches- just to help build muscles to maybe help you shape up !. ( one thing i do when I'm listening to music i just pretend that I'm boxing or make up a dance just to have fun and burn some calories!.
