Weight help ?????????????!


Question: Weight help !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
im a 13 yr old girl!. i weigh 135-140 pounds!. im on summer break and im going into 8th grade!. im NOT one of tthose lucky wide girls, i have a pop belly, fat arms, and fat thighs!.

i already have stretch marks too!. i have tried the Special K diet but it isnt working out too well!. i have tried eating healthy but there is still waaaaaay to much junk food in my house !

ive tried to put the gazelle(like a tredmeal) in front of the TV but mom says no!. i try to tell my parents to buy nothing but fruits and vegies for me when they go grociery shopping, but they laugh n say "yeah right !"!. and im hungry ALL the time so when i go to a family BBQ, my family makes fun of for eating to much!. im NOT binging, or going anorexic!. but i need a fast way to lose at least 10 pounds!. i will give u 10 points if u answer this question best!. i cant afford to go to the gym!. r there ANY home remedy's to work !? r there ANY fast ways to eat less, control my appetite !? plz no rude comments im DESPERATE !!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i was once in the same situation!.!.!.
i went to weight watchers!.!.believe me it works!!!.!.they teach u how to eat in moderation,and u don't have to give up any of ur favorite foods,its not even that expensive its like 11 bucks a week,we were on welfare and i still could afford it!.!.!.

and any exercises helps even if its just walkin around the block, and since u can't put the treadmill in front of the tv, why don't u try listening to music when ur on it instead of watching tv,i would suggest drinkin more water then any other kinds of drinks maybe keep a water bottle on u, and just keep active walk whenever u can just keep moving!.!.!.

but really try weight watchers it worked for me i was once 5'1 143 pounds with a bmi of 26!.!.and now i'm 5'2 120-123 pounds with a bmi of 22!.5!.!.so i would definitely try itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Just use self control, will yourself to eat healthier, remind yourself of how you want to loose weight when you feel like eating rap!. Don't eat past when you feel full, count to 20 while you chew your food, drink water with meals, put your fork down between bites, simple things to eat more slowly will make you feel fuller and make you ultimately lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All you need to do is skip the junk food, go for a run maybe 4 times a week or at least a brisk walk to get your heart rate up for about 30 minutes!. I do this everyday and I drink about 8 bottles of water!. It seems to be working well for me!. I gained about 12 pounds over winter, I've already lost 7 pounds in 25 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
