SO i BEEN going TO the GYM...?!


Question: SO i BEEN going TO the GYM!.!.!.!?
i have been going to the gym for 3 days!.
I've heard that running helps you loose weight - so I been running for 30 min!. everyday!.

So can someone make a healthy weight loss meal plan
EX!. Breakfast
Snack
Lunch
Snack
Dinner

And is running on the treadmill all I have to do!?
I don't exactly know how much weight I want to loose,
but I want to loos my love handles and get a nice Tummy :)
What other excersizes are recommended!?

Answers:
Breakfast: 1 cup of whole grain cereal, 1/2 cup of soymilk(tastes exactly like regular milk but better for you), banana or some other fruit you like!.

Snacks: if you like those 100 calorie packs of cookies they sell in stores, or a pack of crackers, or low fat yogert they come in different flavors, they also sell low fat ice cream bars which are only 100 calories for one of them!.

Lunch: sandwich; make sure its on whole grain bread, chicken or lean meat with some steamed vegetables!.

Dinner: eat what you usually eat, but just small amounts!.

Make sure you don't eat after 7 oclock, use the serving sizes on the back of the food lables if you get confused on how much to eat!. Drink A LOT of water!. No soda!. And don't eat too much fruit, two fruits a day, because remember, fruits have natural sugars in them!.

Now for excersizing:
Running is good!. If you want to get a nice stomach, do some crunches or situps!.
I used to do kickboxing and enjoyed it very much, and it burned a lot of calories!. Find an excersize you enjoy besides running if you want to get faster results!. There's yoga, pilates, and Tae Bo with Billy Blanks I also recommend!. Experiment with different types of excersizes to find the one you enjoy!.

Everyone is different - what works for one person will not work for another!. Some people eat 3 meals a day, others might eat 3 meals and 2-3 small snacks!. Once you determine your daily caloric intake you can try different meals!. For 1-2 weeks try 3 meals, then for 1-2 weeks try meals with small snacks!. See which way is better for you!. As far as exercise there are so many choices - treadmill, elliptical, spin class, outside sports (tennis, bike riding, swimming) anything that you enjoy and are consistant at is the key!. If you don't like an exercise then you aren't going to do it!. Mix it up too, for example maybe do the treadmill walking on an incline every other day and the off days run!. Your body will get used to an exercise and you won't get the benefits you did when you first started!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It would be easier if we knew your weight here!.
Swimming is also great and yoga is good too and it relaxes your muscles!. Do stomach crunches too!.

Breakfast-Cereal

Lunch-A sandwich with Lettuce, chicken and a tiny amount of cheese!.

Snack-1 cereal bar and as much fruit as you want!.

Dinner-Salmon/fish with vegetables!.
