Question: Pleaseee helpp!!!!?
I don't know how to get rid of my fat under my bellybutton! I hate it!. And how come people always say I stuff my bra!? I started my period about august last year and I'm a 36B and just got in 6th grade!. 5'4'' and 120lbs!. Am I really overweight!? And I'm 12!. Please help!. I wanna try to lose some weight but no matter what I do, I always seam to GAIN weight!. How come I can never lose weight!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most women have the "pooch" under their bellybutton!. You are probably still going to grow taller, so don't obsess about your height and weight! What do you mean when you say, "No matter what I do!.!.!."!? Sometimes trying to lose weight messes up your metabolism and makes it worse!. You should be active everyday (ride your bike, go skating, walk the dog) and eat healthy foods like fresh fruits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are perfect and you need to realize it!. when i was younger i had some of the same problems and it was hard until i accepted myself, as far as the under the belly button work out thing lay on your back put your hands under your but kinda by your legs and lift your legs together its greatWww@Answer-Health@Com

Get some exercise every day and be sure to eat healthy!. Your body is still developing - give it time, and you'll level out just fine :)

oh - and ignore the crap from other kids!. Sad as it is, school-aged kids are pretty cruel!. Most of it stems from jealousy or a lack of understanding!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmmm!.!.!.!.eating ice cream and candy!? what are you doing to burn the calories!? do you dance, swim, bike, walk, run, etc, etc!? BTW, youre only 12 so most likely youre still growing and hence still be gaining weight though you might be able to trim down some!.!.!. so get out and do something!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
